End-use load profiles can be generated with no software or programming effort by querying the raw building-specific datasets through the EnergyMatters dataset , which includes measurements of electricity, hot water, space heating, and cooling loads for a number of building types. These results can be used to generate end-use load profiles for a number of building types and analyzed to compare load profiles by age of the building, building thermal envelope, and geographic region.
The EnergyMatters dataset has been available at no cost to the public and to researchers who request a free license to use it for the sole purpose of evaluating the performance of electric systems and assets. For those who prefer to pay for the data, the dataset can be accessed through the EnergyMatters Access to Resources portal. The data is stored in a secure cloud environment and may be accessed directly from public applications, such as the EnergyMatters web portal . 827ec27edc
